Underlying Need:
According to recent US Government information, over 1.1 million people live and work in Southeastern North Carolina.* Of those 1.1 million, approximately 55,000 (5%) have substance abuse issues. There is no Christ centered program/facility that provides those hurting people a long‑term place to recover and return to their families as a whole person._________
